Maury at the Market is an adults-only auction event to raise funds for the Maury Elementary PTA. The money we raise is used to pay for PTA-funded aides as well as other resources and academic and enrichment programs for Maury’s students. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 7-10 PM in Eastern Market’s North Hall.
Tickets to Maury at the Market cost $40 in advance and $45 at the door. Food and drinks are included in the price of your ticket.
Advance ticket sales begin Wednesday February 4 and end Wednesday, March 25.
Festivities include a silent auction with hundreds of items, a live auction, a raffle with a chance to win an iPad, fantastic food courtesy of Nando’s Peri-Peri and an open wine-and-beer bar provided by neighborhood staple (and favorite!) Argonaut.
Auction items include everything from gift certificates for spas and restaurants; hard-to-land theater and sporting event tickets; special excursions and activities with Maury’s beloved teachers and staff; services from architects, chefs, attorneys and doctors; personal training; artwork by our talented parents and students; weekends at wonderful vacation homes near and far and weekend stays at beautiful hotels; music lessons; group parties; chef-cooked meals in your home; summer camp weeks; and many more fun and unique items.
