Stephanie Conant joined the Maury community in 2017 as the Think Tank teacher.
Ms. Conant grew up in Wisconsin and Northern Virginia. She received her bachelor’s degree in English and Environmental Science from Luther College, in Decorah, Iowa. Next, she served as an AmeriCorps and FoodCorps service member in northeast Iowa, helping schools develop school wellness teams and gardens. She received a Master of Arts in Teaching from American University in 2015.
An avid outdoors-individual and conservationist, Ms. Conant can often be found hiking, kayaking, or studying the night sky.
