Mrs. Sim joined the Maury community in 2021 as a First-grade long-term teacher. She is excited to join as one of the first grade teachers this Fall. Before joining the Maury staff, she was a stay-at-home mom for three years, taught grades Pre-K3, Pre-K4, and 3rd grade at a charter school in D.C.
She graduated from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She continued my passion for education and received her Master’s of Education Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland University College.
Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, shopping, exercising, and spending time with her husband, sons, family, and friends.
